Astoria what a wonderful place. The second i stepped in i was automatically wowed by friendly staff. They parked my car in their complimentary valet. And walked me inside. The front lobby looks amazing. So much level of detail. You have to see it for yourself. You wouldn't believe it.

I have lived here for almost 5 years now. Lots of changes and new faces throughout the years, however valet guys have always been helpful and provide excellent service, from opening doors, to helping me load or unload my groceries, get me carts, bring our car, make trips to my door if I needed a favor (bc my babies were sleeping) etc. all with a smile on their face and great courtesy.

Great building and fantastic place to live. Everywhere has been clean and all of the neighbors who I've met so far are very friendly. Everyone who works at leasing office and concierge are super courteous and maintenance is very quick and responsive. The walls are thick so we haven't had any noise issues at all - whether sound comes from outside by the pool or from hallway, you don't hear it once doors are closed. Everything is very secured so I feel safe at all times.

I want to thank Linda who helped me get this apartment and was super nice. Couldn't be anymore happier with my apartment. All the staff here are super nice and friendly. Aldo in maintenance did a great job as well fixing our issues we had and did them pretty quick from when it was requested. Great experience so far with Astoria. A+++

I lived in Astoria and I have nothing but great things to say. I loved every minute of it! The staff was awesome and my view on the 12th floor was spectacular. I still miss the views in the mornings from my bed. Loved!

A tremendous building that is extremely well built and suites are huge! Finishings are beautiful and rooms are larger than you will see in competing Leases. It’s obvious that this building was initially constructed for purchased units, and fortunate that it’s now available for Tenants. Jaci was unbelievable, taking the time to understand what I was looking for, and through the tour narrowing down options and selections based on the feedback provided.
